All over Europe a new reality awoke for the retail shopping industry, both during and after Covid-19. A serious societal crisis has historically had a major impact on customers' buying behavior, they adapt to the new reality, and this is no exception. It has had a tremendous effect on the sale of goods both in physical stores and especially online.
